Form™ was started in 2001 by Andy Hobday and Andrew Currie with the vision of creating a positive build experience for clients from start to finish. Since then, we have nurtured a growing reputation of delivering beautifully finished product, on time and within budget.

We take very seriously the trust bestowed in us by families in some of the biggest financial commitments of their lives and we take great care to keep our clients involved and informed, empowered with a voice from start to finish.

When partnering with our clients to build or renovate their bespoke family home, we have three main goals that we work towards.

Andy truly understands that building or renovating a home is a significant personal & financial endeavour.

His role includes overseeing the construction, working directly with our clients and ensuring the building works run on schedule & budget.

Andy truly understands that building or renovating a home is a significant personal & financial endeavour.

His role includes overseeing the construction, working directly with our clients and ensuring the building works run on schedule & budget.

With over 30 years working in the building & renovations’ space, Andy has extensive experience in:

  • residential construction
  • heritage renovations
  • commercial building projects (education, hospitality, aged care & retirement)

As a registered builder, Andy ensures construction is maintained to its highest quality and informs our clients along the way. He provides a clear explanation of the entire process including:

  • from concept to building permit
  • introduces clients to key construction stakeholders & their roles
  • construction & payment milestones
  • handover to aftercare

Andy’s energy is contagious, and he is a true problem solver at heart. Outside of work, Andy can be found coaching footy and netball, getting up at the wee hours of the morning to go fishing or cheering his children courtside.

Peter Knight
Construction Supervisor

As the on-site supervisor, Peter is active in every aspect of the building works. He’s known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail.

His role is to make sure that the team is working together on-site with the view of completing projects meticulously while adhering to deadlines, specifications and codes.

As the on-site supervisor, Peter is active in every aspect of the building works. He’s known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail.

His role is to make sure that the team is working together on-site with the view of completing projects meticulously while adhering to deadlines, specifications and codes.

With over 13 years’ experience in building & renovation projects, Pete has worked across a range of construction including classic, contemporary & heritage designs.

As Construction Supervisor, Pete’s main role is to quality-assure the entire process and:

  • supervising & coordinating each trade
  • managing sub-contractors
  • sourcing, quantifying & coordinating quality materials
  • working closely with clients, architects & designers Pete’s personal drive is infectious. As a result, he leads a charged up and motivated work crew.

Outside of work, Pete still has bounds of energy for his family of five – including Billie the black Labrador who often joins him on-site.

Adrien Appasamy
Estimator / Contract Administrator

As our in-house lead Estimator and Contract Administrator, Adrien is the first port of call to assess costs and budgets for our clients projects, may it be new homes constructions, renovations and/or extensions.

Regardless of scope, his high attention to detail and meticulous work ethics along with his strong communication skills, allow our team & clients to be fully up to date with project’s scope and financial status.

Regardless of scope, his high attention to detail and meticulous work ethics along with his strong communication skills, allow our team & clients to be fully up to date with project’s scope and financial status.

Adrien plays a big role in safeguarding that all our residential projects stay on track. With the ever-changing nature of building works, he is used to working at a fast pace and with agility.

Adrien’s construction experience is unique to the rest of the team. His career in the building arena began as a Refrigeration Mechanic. After a few short years, he decided to change tacks and pursed a degree in Project and Business Management. The blending of his experience provides Adrien with a valuable understanding of the real-world building process, cost management and administration of projects. Not only is he number and construction savvy, Adrien is respected his pro-activeness & reliablity.

As a dad, he’s always armed and ready to share latest pictures of his family of six including Henry the cocker spaniel. Adrien enjoys his weekly soccer games and spending quality time with his family on the weekends.
