This single storey extension raised challenges of merging new build with an existing structure. The client had a very clear idea of what they wanted, which required extensive exploration and highly collaborative design phase to create and deliver to their brief – a feeling of space.

Taking a consultative approach we were able to work through design and budget options efficiently. Understanding their need to be heavily involved, we held regular onsite meetings with our client, working through any issues proactively and keeping communication channels open at all times.
